What this website asks for
There are no visitor accounts, survivor-intake forms, story submissions, file uploads, embedded chat tools or newsletter signups. The optional resource search sends a ZIP code and a type of support to our server to look up our directory. The application uses these fields for the response and does not save a search history. We do not ask for your experience or identifying case details.
Our public resource application does not use analytics, advertising trackers or browser storage, and does not create visitor cookies. Hosting security systems may use necessary cookies or connection checks to protect the site. The separate staff workspace uses a necessary sign-in cookie. Fonts and images load from this website.
Technical records and hosting
Your browser, network provider and the services that host a website can process technical information, including an IP address, pages requested and the time of a request. We cannot promise anonymous browsing.
The website application does not write request logs, but our hosting provider maintains technical access logs. These can include an IP address, requested page, time, browser information and referring address. Hosting logs can exist even when a website uses no analytics or cookies.
Our hosting provider makes access-log archives available for up to 30 days. This is not a verified deletion deadline for every provider record or backup. We cannot promise that all hosting records or backups are erased after 30 days.
When you follow a resource link
External resource links open independent websites in a new tab, with their own privacy practices. Until She’s Safe stays open in the original tab. Calling a provider can also leave a record on your device or phone account. Review a provider’s information before deciding what to share.
This site asks browsers not to send the referring page address when following links. That does not make your visit to another website anonymous.
Provider confidentiality and reporting
Services may have different confidentiality, eligibility and reporting rules, especially when children or vulnerable adults are involved. You can review the provider’s information or ask about its limits before sharing identifying details.
Optional ZIP-code search
The resource search displays matches on Until She’s Safe. Your ZIP and support category are processed by our server, without an application search history, account or device-location request. The directory database contains provider records and geographic reference data, not survivor profiles. Search also works without JavaScript.
Search fields are sent in the request body rather than the URL. Hosting and security infrastructure still handles the request and connection information. Browser memory, form restoration or device monitoring may retain information. Clear search removes the visible search on the enhanced page; it does not erase records elsewhere. If you choose an external provider or directory link, that site’s privacy practices apply.
