About the initiative
Emily Runnels operates Until She’s Safe, an emerging advocacy initiative. Women are a central focus, and people of every gender and sexual orientation are welcome. Kittrell Co. provides founding and technical support. These terms explain the website’s current scope.
Kittrell Co. plans to help establish a separate nonprofit. The website does not currently solicit donations or claim that contributions are tax deductible. Plans for nonprofit formation are not a statement that IRS recognition has been granted.
Information and connections, not professional services
Our pages provide general educational information and links to independently operated resources. Until She’s Safe is not a crisis line, law firm, counseling practice, medical provider, shelter or emergency responder. We do not assess your situation, determine eligibility or dispatch help.
Reading this site, using its search or sending an administrative email does not establish an attorney-client, therapist-client, medical or other confidential professional relationship. Nothing here is individualized legal, medical or mental-health advice. A qualified provider can explain advice and services appropriate to your circumstances.
Urgent help and legal deadlines
In the U.S., call 911 for an immediate threat requiring police, fire or emergency medical response. The resource page lists independent crisis contacts. This website and its administrative email are not monitored for emergency response.
Do not rely on a directory listing, an email to us or a pending referral to preserve a legal deadline or secure shelter, treatment or protection. Contact the appropriate independent service directly about time-sensitive needs.
Independent resources and ZIP searches
A listing is a starting point, not a partnership, endorsement, professional recommendation or guarantee. Providers control their own eligibility, costs, hours, confidentiality, reporting rules, wait times and services. Ask the provider about current conditions before deciding what to share or where to go.
ZIP searches display records from our directory on this website. Sources have different publication and review dates; listings are not live availability checks. Geographic proximity does not establish eligibility or a provider’s service area. We do not book appointments, arrange accepted referrals, submit applications or send reports on your behalf.
Phone and text buttons open a compatible app on your device. A text button does not send the message. Your carrier or provider may apply charges, and calls, texts and external sites may leave records. Chat links open provider sites; they do not connect you to Until She’s Safe.
Accuracy and availability
We use official sources when reviewing directory entries and show review dates. Information can change between checks. The directory is not exhaustive and does not guarantee any provider’s availability or suitability.
We aim to keep the website useful, but it may be interrupted or contain errors. Security checks, outages and device compatibility can affect external tools. If a link does not work, use the other contact methods shown or the provider’s official website. Report website errors through the administrative contact without including survivor details.
Privacy and leaving the site
Read the privacy policy and browsing-safety page to understand technical records and external services. No website feature guarantees anonymous browsing.
“Leave this site” opens Google in the same tab. It does not erase earlier browsing history, remove network or phone records, or stop device monitoring. Google is an independent website with its own policies.
Responsible use and materials
You may read, link to and share links to these public pages. Do not misrepresent this initiative or a listed organization, claim an affiliation that does not exist, disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.
Names, logos and materials belonging to independent providers remain subject to their owners’ rights. A directory listing does not grant permission to use their branding. Copyright exceptions and other rights provided by law remain available. Contact us about permission to reuse our branding or substantial portions of our original materials.
Limits that respect your rights
The site is offered as a general information resource without a promise of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or any particular outcome. We cannot control the actions or decisions of independent providers.
These statements do not exclude responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a right to bring a complaint, or impose a shortened deadline for exercising legal rights.
Updates and organizational changes
We may revise these terms as the website develops and will display the updated date. New services will need their own clear scope and operating arrangements. If a separate nonprofit becomes the operator, the legal and privacy pages will be updated to identify it and explain relevant changes.
Changing a page does not create retroactive permission to use personal information for a different purpose.
Administrative contact
The organizational mailbox is for privacy requests, accessibility issues, website corrections and other administrative questions. Include the affected page and a brief description, but do not send personal case details, evidence, identity documents or emergencies.
Current website operator: Emily Runnels. Administrative contact: hello@untilshessafe.org. This mailbox is for website administration, not emergency help, counseling, legal advice or survivor intake. No response time is guaranteed.
